Fun in the snow in the Stulles Sun Park
Stulles/Moos (ITA): Sunkid strives to bring the realm of winter sports as close as possible to the general public. With the company's "Winter in the Village” initiative, it was brought, in a figurative sense, straight to their front door.
A good example of the “Winter in the Village" initiative is the small locality of Stulles/Moos in the South Tyrolean Passiria valley. It was the wish of the local government to offer residents and guests a free wintertime proposal featuring a 70-meter long conveyor belt right in the middle of the village. Still, the authorities did not want to take any financial risks. Sunkid accommodated this request and a rental contract was agreed upon for the first winter. Only then would a decision on the final purchase be made.
An on-site inspection during the winter had already proved that which was confirmed with the purchase of the conveyor belt system by the Moos municipality authorities just a few weeks ago. The conveyor belt turned out to be a magnet for beginners on skis as well as tobogganers. Chamois, ibex and other wild animals from the Sunkid Sunny Stuff product range provided kids and guests with a better understanding of the inhabitants of the South Tyrolean mountains and forests. Along with other activities in the municipality, the area developed into a lively communication platform within the village – with the conveyor belt as the center of attraction. A beautiful acknowledgement for Sunkid to continue on along this chosen path.
