King Laurin's Greatest Pride
At the base of the world-renowned Rose Garden, the SummerPark built by Sunkid draws large numbers of visitors.
(Welschnofen/ITA) Legend tells us that the Rose Garden, one of the most distinctive mountain ranges of the Southern Tyrolean Dolomites, used to be King Laurin's greatest pride. If he had to make his pick today, he would doubtlessly choose the SummerPark at the base of the Rose Garden instead. Framed by an incredible backdrop, Sunkid and its partner Kerschdorfer have set up an adventure park for the entire family. Connected by a round tour, entertaining games such as a gold-panning station and a groundhog fight are waiting for children and adults alike. The very bravest may venture into the dragon's cave, and those with the best aim will be named the shooting champions.
Themed animal deck chairs in bear, rabbit and goose shapes invite visitors to take a comfortable break in between.
The SummerPark's offer is rounded off by fountains along the brook, a miniature petting zoo and a picture exhibition with annually changing themes.
