As a sponsor of the IAAPA Water Park Forum, Sunkid had the opportunity to present the vertical tire conveyor in the Aqualibi water park (Wavre, Belgium) to customers and industry partners. This project was realized at the end of 2023 - with the customer advantage that Sunkid was able to deliver "everything from a single source": planning, manufacturing and assembly expertise paired with complete electrotechnical development and in-house component construction.
The one-day forum started on Thursday morning (June 4, 2026) with presentations on various water park-specific planning and construction topics as well as development trends, such as the focus on accessibility for young and old. As part of the Education Tour in the afternoon, during which visitors were able to take an exclusive look behind the scenes at Aqualibi, Sunkid employees Andreas Jobst and Julian Welker presented the technical highlights of the vertical tire conveyor.
