The new generation of Sunkid tyre & boat conveyors comprises a modular system for inclines up to 90°. Based on our years of know-how in construction of conveyor belts in outdoor areas (snow, rain, temperature fluctuations, etc.), the system has now been adapted and optimised as sliding aids in water parks.
The Sunkid raft return conveyors can be used for tyres and boats of any size due to different widths and customised lengths. And that with or without passenger transport.

Our solutions
This conveyor belt is used to transport rafts from the landing pool area back to the start of the slide tower. For steep inclines (up to 24°), Sunkid has a unique solution with the innovative Blue-Eye surface. With its specially shaped, soft slats made of a special rubber compound, this belt provides the best possible grip. Tubes can be carried directly out of the pool, the water stays or flows right back there.
In order to overcome large inclines (up to 90°), Sunkid offers the space-saving solution of a vertical conveyor. This chain conveyor with cleats / pushers can be fed manually or demand-controlled, by a belt conveyor in the lower section. The conveyor stops if the removal area is full and restarts once sufficient space is available. This lift is also an ideal solution for retrofit projects, as it can be integrated into existing water park installations.
The Sunkid Launch Conveyor enables easy, safe and controlled access to the rafts, making the start of the slide experience smooth and stress-free – especially for families with children. The rafts remain stable during boarding, with no water jet pushing guests forward. At the same time, operators stay dry and do not need to hold or push the rafts, ensuring a controlled start and a seamless experience from the very first moment.
This conveyor belt offers the possibility to “pick up“ people sitting in kayaks, rafts or similar and bring them back to the start or a higher pool level. This system is used in artificial white water facilities, but also water park attractions such as Lazy Rivers or Family Slides. The automatic start-stop function and underwater transition stop device provide a high level of safety.
